Three stories of the building have been designed as residence for university students studying in Barcelona; providing a comfortable stay in single, or double rooms complete with:

• Air-conditioning and heat.
• Telephone.
• TV.
• Washbasin and WC.

During defined periods of the year the student quarters are available to groups as a compliment.
