Terms

The signing day of the Agreement, the Owner will receive a deposit of 250 €/person (cash), a key deposit of 12 € and the monthly rent of the current month. The deposit and key amount will be refunded after termination of Agreement.

Processing fee is 80 €, which will be charged by HABITATGE JOVE.

You have to be accredited as an international or state university student.

• Official documentation to be provided: (You'll have to send these scanned papers by email to: info@habitatgejove.com before the signing day of the Agreement).
• Passport or ID copy.
• Student Card copy.
• A copy full official academic record and award certificate provided by University or Faculty.

Rules:

• The student will pay the monthly rent during the first 3 days of the month. Payment method will be agreed the signing of the Agreement.
• All apartments will be used as a study or living area uniquely.
• Students may include sheets and duvet, and personal towels.
• Failures and repairs: In case of an emergency - breakdowns or damages on the flat facilities, or any other damage on the flat-, it is very important that you call the owner immediately and we will provide you with a telephone number of an equipment installer who will fix the damages. Repairs which are not attributable to the Owner will be paid directly to the Repair Company. The student will be charged for expenses of repair due to a misuse of the room and its belongings.
• Cleaning rules: The student who occupies a room is obliged to keep it clean and tidy. Each student will do his/her own laundry (including sheets and duvet). Please remember that bed linen laundry should be done once per week.
• Rules for keeping common rooms clean: keep the kitchen and bathroom clean after using. Students are responsible for keeping common areas clean and tidy. For security reasons and in order to economize on energy, the supply key for gas inside the kitchen and the heater key might be turned off, as well as electrical appliances you are not using. Please also close the water tap properly. Please check everything is turned off before leaving the apartment.
• Deposit will be refunded after the student delivers the flat keys.
• Guests are permitted but they are not allowed to stay overnight at least they have signed a leasing agreement. This will cause the cancellation of the agreement.
• During Quiet hours (from 11pm on), residents must lower the volume in order to respect other members or neighbours of the building. If this situation occurs, this may cause automatic cancellation of the Agreement.
