• To the signature of the contract and delivery of keys will be paid the total amount cash.

• 1. - The minimum period of recruiting is of six natural months (of the day 1 at the 31), to count from the day 1 of the month of entrance in vigor of the contract. For later entrances to the day 20 of the month to see pact 8. in the event of not being completed the conventional minimum period of room use, the equivalent quantity will be paid to one month in penalización concept that will be deduced from the deposited deposit.
• 2. - The student will take charge of the repairs caused by wrong use of the housing, facilities or goods, having to restore the damages caused to her original state. The total of each repair will suffer an increment of 25 € in concept of administrative expenses, more the corresponding IVA. • 3. - The student is forced to maintain the room and the housing you clean and orderly. Otherwise it will be considered wrong use of the room or housing.
• 4. - The student commits to not to have neither to manipulate inside the floor explosive materials, neither to take to end activities that harm the building or that they can cause nuisances to the neighbors being forced to complete the municipal ordinances and the Regulation of Internal Régime before mentioned. • 5. - For study reasons (exams, continuation of courses, etc.), or for not having other dates the means of return transport to their country the student he/she will be able to request the extension of the contract until a total of 10 days of the following month regarding the last day of the current month. If this extension was prolonged beyond the day 7 of the month in course the student he/she will pay the complete month. GPV, SL doesn't guarantee in this case the use of the room of the supplementary days requested in the renouncement letter. The extension is only possible if the room is available and this will be confirmed at the time of asking.
• 6. - Contract resolution: Concluded the contract GPV, SL will return what is once of the deposit liquidated the consumptions and, if the hubiere, the possible damages caused to the housing, facilities or goods according to two regímenes of contract resolution that are:
  1) first régime - contract resolution fulfilling the left notice of 40 days, as well as with all the agreements of the contract. In this case the student will accept the estimate of consumptions made by GPV, SL. The exits, control of the state of the housing and collection of keys will carry out them Habitatge Jove in the same housing. The contract resolution and deposit refund will be made in the offices of GPV, SL, being obligatory to present voucher of payment of the last month.
  2) second régime - contract resolution by means of bank transfer or check conformed in the maximum term of three months, having signed the contract resolution. This modality will be applied when the student wants to contrast the estimate of consumptions made by GPV, SL, or when the requirements of the contract are not completed.   The deposit refunds in the offices of GPV, SL. will be made in labor schedule (9-13 and of 16-18 h.). resolutions won't be made under any concept on Fridays it takes, Saturdays, Sundays, festival days or outside of the labor schedule.
• 7. - The amount of the consumptions of water, gas and electricity run in charge of the student. The total sum of each one of these consumptions will be divided to parts equal among the total number of students that you/they occupy the housing. To such an effect he/she will get rid inside each student's monthly receipt a fixed payment of: 31 € For inferior consumptions to the minimum rates refunds won't be made, but for superior consumptions you will charge the difference. The student accepts in all moment the calculations of consumption of GPV, SL, which will be at your disposal, as well as the last invoices that the companies have sent.
• 8. - If the student arrives before the day 20 of the month you/he/she will pay the complete month If the student arrives the day 20 of the month or later, you/he/she will pay in concept of room use until final of month the quantity of 30 €/day for individual room. If the contract is formalized with posteriority to the day 20 of the month he/she will understand each other as first hired natural month the counted one starting from the day 1 of the following month, paying it the student to the formalization of the contract. During the month of February the cut will be the day 17.
