Security deposit: If the lease contract is longer than 3 months, you will be required to pay 2 months of rent as a deposit; otherwise you will be only required to pay 1 month or proportional.
Monthly rent: The rent will be paid directly to the owner from the 1st to the 5th of each month and in advance.

Expenses deposit: The costs of electricity, water and gas the students will pay a monthly amount together with the rent of the apartment. This amount is a provision, which means that at the end of the lease, there will be a balance of the expenditure based on the bills of the companies.
Cleaning: The owner may charge you for the cleaning service expenses after your departure and deducted from the deposit.
Contract extension: If you wish to extend your lease contract, the fee to be paid to the agency for a three months extension or more will be 250,00 Euros / person, VAT included. The fee for extensions of a contract for 1 month is 85,00 Euros/person, VAT included, and 2 months is 106,00 Euros/person, VAT included.
